These tests, conducted to meet stringent client requirements, demonstrate the exceptional durability and performance of Ledes products in extreme environments.

Testing Methodology:

  • Sample Conditioning: Samples were conditioned at a standard temperature of (23±2)°C and (50±5)% relative humidity for 24 hours prior to testing.
  • Test Environment: The tests were conducted in a controlled environment at 23.1°C and 49% relative humidity.
  • Test Equipment: A High and low temperature box MC-JB-003 was utilized for accurate temperature control.
  • Method Description: Ledes LSZH conduits and fittings were subjected to extreme temperatures, -45°C and 150°C, for a prolonged period of 50 hours.

Exceptional Results:

Following the tests, both the LSZH conduits and LSZH fittings exhibited remarkable stability.

  • -45°C: No significant changes in the appearance of the samples were observed after exposure to the extreme cold.
  • 150°C: Similarly, the samples maintained their integrity and showed no significant visual alterations after exposure to the high temperature.
