Arup, a global leader in engineering and design, sought to create a sustainable and innovative workspace for their Perth office. Greenbuild contributed to this vision by supplying our high-performance LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) conduits for the building’s electrical systems.
WS2 is Western Australia’s first timber-hybrid office tower, a 12-storey structure boasting 9,500 square meters of net lettable space. The building incorporates several sustainable features, including:
